Q: When is it?
A: Saturday December 2nd, 2023.
Q: Where is it?
A: Frankfort Avenue from River Road to Shelbyville Road.
Q: Who is sponsoring the event?
A: The event is being sponsored by The Frankfort Avenue Business Association, The Louisville Water Company and The Marketing Department.
Q: How do I participate?
A: Businesses are encouraged to participate in a variety of ways, some suggestions include: having an open house, bringing in entertainment (music, winter activities, treats), running a promotion, featuring a special product, drink or dish, and decorating for the holidays.
FABA members are invited to participate in the annual “Best Holiday Display Contest,” formerly known as “The Golden Antlers Contest” For more information on the display contest click here.
Q: How can I share with FABA that I am participating?
A: Email Tori Crisp, email@example.com or Kate Melican, firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of your business and how you will be participating. This information will be shared on the funonfrankfort.com events page and the official FaLaLa on Frankfort Facebook event page.
Q: How is the event being promoted?
A: FABA will be running a paid media campaign on Facebook/Instagram throughout the two weeks leading up to the event. Additionally, a press release will be sent to local media outlets and neighborhood organizations and signage will be placed along The Avenue.
Q: As a business owner what can I do to help promote the event?
A: Let FABA know how you are participating, send an email to your customers, post on your social media and website.
